Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park is one of the best family friendly Campsites in Somerset, situated between the foot of the Quantock hills and the North Somerset coastline.

Just a short distance from the campsite is the market town of Bridgwater in Somerset. The town has plenty of good Pubs, Restaurants, Supermarkets and other Shops.

There are also many interesting places to visit, like Dunster, with its Castle, Shops and Tea rooms, Cleeve Abbey and Porlock with its quaint harbour and also Exmoor National Park. In addition to all the many places of interest to visit in Somerset, we provide lots of exciting free activities to keep all the family happy.

Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park is a Campsite with two heated swimming pools in Bridgwater Somerset. Our Swimming Pools are FREE for you to use for the duration of your stay. Most other campsites in Somerset charge extra for using their swimming pools, we do not. Day visitors £4.00 per person per day.

Indoor Pool: Mill Farm has a fabulous Indoor Heated Swimming Pool with palm trees and rocks that bring a touch of tropical paradise to your holiday. The campsites indoor pool is kept at a warm 30 degree's centigrade so that all can relax without feeling cold. The whirlpool and water slide in the inside swimming pool provide hours of endless fun for the whole family!

The indoor pool water is treated using Ultra Violet making it possible to lower chlorine levels while maintaining good water quality. Open from Easter until the Bridgwater Carnival, Sunday 6th November 2011.

Outdoor Pool: The Splash Pool has a Large Spiral slide providing loads of fun for everyone. Next to the Splash Pool there is large patio area with parasols for sun bathing and relaxing. The outdoor pool and patio area face south and are enclosed creating a warm sunny area. Open Spring Bank holiday till the end of August 2011.

Safety: The swimming pools are life guarded for most of high season. Parents/Guardians need to supervise their children at all other times while using the swimming pool.

Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park is a campsite with a children's Boating Lake in Bridgwater Somerset.

Our Boating Lake is FREE for you to use for the duration of your stay. Other campsites in Somerset charge for most their extra activities, we do not. Most of our activities are FREE.

Boating lake: We find that the Boating Lake is very popular with children who visit the campsite. Endless fun can be had navigating around the islands and trying to avoid the ducks. Don't forget to bring some bread to feed the ducks.

It might be advisable to bring a spare set of clothes with you for the children in case they get wet. The Boating Lake is only knee deep but please supervise young children.

At the bottom end of the boating lake there is a small play area with swings, slides and a roundabout.

Canoes: The paddles need to be collected from behind the campsites reception. There are very few other campsites that provide this kind of entertainment for children. So why not visit one of the best campsites in Somerset so that you can take full advantage of the fantastic activities available at the campsite.

Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park is a campsite with a Pony Rides in Bridgwater Somerset. Not many other campsites in Somerset do Pony Rides. Our rates are very competitive at only £7.00 per half hour.

All Pony Rides are parent or guardian led around our purpose built pony arena. We provide hats and a member of staff goes along with the ride to supervise and help in showing campers how to lead the ponies. We reserve the right to cancel and refund pony rides when the weather is bad or demand is too low.

If you would like to get involved by helping at the stables, please speak to stable staff. There are very few other campsites that provide this kind of entertainment for children. Mid-Season: Pony Rides normally run on Saturdays. Please book pony rides on the Friday so we know to run the rides on the Saturday.

High-Season: Pony Rides normally run 3 days a week. Please ask about availability and times when you book your caravan and camping holiday.


Coarse Lake – 2 acres stocked with a number of double figure mirror, common and grass carp plus bream, perch and tench.

Trout Lake – 2 acres stocked with rainbow, brown, blue and tiger trout to over 10lbs
