Alvie Estate - a traditional Highland Estate overlooking the Cairngorm mountain range near the village of Kincraig, in the Cairngorm National Park just 4 miles south of Aviemore.

Alvie provides an ideal centre from which to explore Scotland, participate in one of the many activities available on the Estate and locally, search for your roots, find out how we make a living in rural Scotland or enjoy the natural environment.

Static Caravans : Traditional fully equipped 2 and 3 bedroom static holiday caravans in a woodland setting. All caravans have a shower, toilet, wash hand basin, fridge and TV. Linen and bedding supplied.

Due to the possibility of frost damage, no water is supplied to the static holiday caravans during the winter months (October - April inclusive). Shower, toilet and washing facilities are available in a central toilet block.

Tents & Touring : In the heart of the Highlands overlooking the Cairngorms, within walking distance of the river Spey. Tents, touring caravans and campervans welcome. Electric hookups, licensed shop, laundrette, a family Park with lots to see and do.

Rates : Touring £11.50-£13.50 per night. Statics £225-£350 per week depending on season.
