This family run holiday park is nestled between popular Aldeburgh and Southwold with direct access to beautiful, unspoilt, private beach frontage. The site has pitches for touring caravans, tents and static caravan holiday homes set in a beautiful, peaceful location.

The Caravan Site is divided into a static caravan site with 62 serviced caravan pitches (owner occupied), a separate field offers 60 touring pitches, 56 of which have electric hook up points. The touring site has a comprehensive toilet block and laundry facilities.

The Beach : The Caravan Park benefits from sea frontage and guests have access to the private stretch of beach for bathing, swimming, seashore fishing or relaxing and simply enjoying the Suffolk Heritage Coast.

Sport and Leisure : The Caravan Parks rural location is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For the keen cyclist there are numerous cycle tracks offering wonderful cycle routes from the Park itself to Thorpeness and other popular locations and places of interest. To the North there are popular coastal walks to Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich and to the South Aldeburgh and Thorpness. The caravan site has a tennis court and an all weather crazy golf course (there is a charge for golf). There is also a games room with board games and a pay pool table. In nearby Leiston there are indoor sports facilities including a gym and swimming pool, there is also a small Cinema in the town. For the keen golfer the clubs at Thorpeness and Aldeburgh are extreamly popular.

Sun Lounge Clubhouse : Relax in the lounge bar area, take a table in the conservatory or on the patio and enjoy the beatiful panoramic sea view (for free, well for the cost of a drink or bar snack!). The Clubhouse is open lunchtimes and evenings in the summer season and light lunches and evening meals are served.

We have 60 touring caravan and camping pitches on level ground, some with magnificent sea views of the Suffolk Coast. Caravan and tent pitches are charged for on a nightly basis. It is advised that you pre-book by email, fax or phone. Bookings are essential for Public and Bank Holidays!
