Walnut Farm Camping and Caravaning Club Site is located in Waxham. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with much to see and do in the surrounding areas. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Walnut Farm is a small family run CL site situated on the coast of Norfolk in a very picturesque and quiet location ideal for bird watching and ramblers. The site provides easy access by road to Norfolk ’s sandy beaches.
We can accommodate 10 caravans on large pitches in two separate fields. All the pitches have electric hook ups and there is a shower and toilet block on site which is heated. A third field offers facilities for camping and here we can provide 3 electric hook ups.
If you fancy a little more of your home comforts why not stay in our exclusive static caravan, which sleeps 4 plus and has its own small private garden, patio and parking area. We welcome dogs.
There is a 2 mile dog walk around the boundary of the farm, where you can spot the local wildlife and see the Waxham sand dunes. Part of the walk includes the Waxham cut which links to the Norfolk Broads and is an ideal location for a picnic, fishing or just purely relaxing.
Please Note a fishing license will be required to fish on the broads. You can buy these from post offices.

The surrounding area has many tourist attractions which are all within easy reach of the farm so you never need to be bored.
Just a mere 5 minutes away is Sea Palling where you can find a beautiful long sandy beach, jet ski shop, Café, local shop/post office, and small amusements to keep the children entertained. To finish of your day there are 2 pubs where you can have a meal or a relaxing drink.
Only half an hour away is Great Yarmouth where you can have the thrill of the rides at the pleasure beach or visit the Sea life Centre plus much ,much more.
In the beautiful city of Norwich you can visit the aviation museum, Norwich castle museum and art gallery, or just spend the day wandering around the city’s vast shopping centre.
There are many places to hire a boat to cruise the Norfolk Broads either for the day or just a few hours the nearest being only 10 minutes away at Hickling Broad.
Nearby horsey mill ,a tower drainage mill, of great historical interest is well worth a visit and is set in a beautiful location by the meer.
There are also many local railways, steam attractions and tours.
