Broad Farm Camping and Touring Caravan Site, Fleggburgh, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Set in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, just seven miles from the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, and 15 miles from the historic city of Norwich, this site is ideally situated for touring Norfolk and seeing its many attractions, which include the beautiful Norfolk Broads.
The Park is secluded, set beside the Norfolk Broads, and surrounded by trees. Your facilities will include, P.O.Stores within walking distance with Calor and Camping Gas, free outdoor fun-pool (high season only) and free children’s outdoor play area.
There is a licensed bar with bar food – eat in or takeaway on weekends and high season and pool tables.
The site also has a laundrette, toilet/shower blocks, disabled toilet, all with constant free hot water. There are also electrical hook-ups and a telephone kiosk.
To ensure a happy holiday for all our campers, we ask you to accept the following terms as a condition of booking:
Boats : Boats cannot be launched from site onto Filby Broad
Vehicles : A strict 5 mph speed limit on the site. Please use vehicles for getting to and from the site only, not to get from A to B on the site unless you are disabled. Motorbikes allowed only by prior arrangement. Trucks or commercial vehicles not permitted at any time.
Transport : It is advisable to have your own transport as we do not have a bus service.
Dogs : Dogs are allowed in the camp. There are dog walks on the camp please ensure your dog uses them. All dogs must be kept on a leash. If you are leaving the camp or long periods please do not leave your dog alone. Should any complaints be received we would have to ask the owners to leave.
Do not take dogs into shower blocks or pool area.
Campers : Campers are asked to turn down their radios and keep generally quieter after 11pm as other camping friends may have young children. Loud music is not allowed at any time. Barbeques are not allowed after 10pm. Please do not light fires directly on the grass. A little thought can ensure a happy holiday for everyone.
Children : The supervision of children remains the responsibility of the parent or accompanying adult at all times. If any children or teenagers cause annoyance to other campers, camp staff or cause damage to property, you will be asked to leave the site.
Children’s play area is not to be used between dusk and 8:30am.
Children’s mini-motor bikes, battery operated cars or toys which make excessive noise are not allowed to b used on site.
B.B Guns are not allowed.
Refuse Bags : Plastic refuse sacks are obtainable, free of charge at the booking office. When full, or at the time of leaving, please tie top of sack and place in the bins provided. Please leave no litter. Recycling bins are at camp entrance.
Liability for Property : Please note that Broad Farm accepts no liability to you in the event of loss or damage to any of your property. Therefore please make sure you have adequate insurance cover for loss or damage to your property whilst at Broad Farm.
Swimming Pool : Parents must accompany children at all times. Dogs are not allowed in pool area.
Electricity and gas : The maximum wattage supplied to your caravan is 1500 watts. Therefore please use appliances that are made for caravan use only – NOT for the home. All gas and electrical appliances should be services annually to keep them in a safe and efficient condition. A distance of 18ft must be left between each caravan or tent. Please do not park near electricity points if you do not require electricity. Electric Heaters are not allowed in tents o awnings at any times. Generators are not permitted at any time.
Rates: From £8 per night per family pitch.
