
We are a Scottish Tourist Board Four Star Holiday Caravan Park with our facilities maintained to an excellent standard.
Particularly suited to those requiring a totally relaxing situation away from the distractions of everyday life but with all the quality facilities you would expect from a premier Park.
Caravan Holiday Homes : We have Supercomfort twelve-foot wide models in both two and three bedrooms. All gas and electricity is included in the price. We offer two bedroom models; comprising a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, for up to four persons, and three bedroom models; comprising a double bedroom and two twin room, up to six persons. All holiday homes are equipped with everything you are likely to need, including a microwave oven. All bed linen is provided, all you need to bring are your towels and tea towels.
Our Touring Area : We have 14 hard standing pitches for caravans and motor homes, all with electricity available. Our touring area has a level hard standing area for caravans and motor homes and an informal grassed area for tents. Showers and hot water are free of charge.
Facilities : Our Reception is open daily and has a wide range of tourist information, together with a small shop. 'House 'o' Hill' Public House (¼ mile) offers excellent meals. Newton Stewart (9 miles) has a variety of shops, restaurants, hotels, a Cinema and Swimming Pool.
Stroan Bridge Visitor Centre and tea-room (1½ miles)is also the start of several forest walks and cycle trails. Loch Trool (3 miles) is also the start of many splendid hill walks. The Wood of Cree RSPB Nature Reserve (6 miles) has a nature trail for birdwatching, complete with hidden waterfall.

Glen Trool Holiday Park offers peace and tranquility.
It is an ideal base to explore over 200 miles of coastline dotted with numerous towns and villages of character,including Wigtown Scotland's National Book Town, nearby Bladnoch Distillery and Whithorn Visitor centres, or visit the many famous gardens and collections, or indulge in numerous active activities available within the 'realm'.
Rates : From £7 per tent per person to 6.50 per person per tent.
