Lleithyr Meadow Caravan Club Site, Whitesands, St David's, Pembrokeshire

A marvellous holiday site, open to the sun and the scudding clouds nestled by three headlands of the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast. This is an outdoor base for just about every open-air activity you can think of - great for families with energetic offspring. You can swim, surf, windsurf and sail from Whitesands Bay (beach designated dog free May-September), just over a mile from the site. Anglers can fish in reservoir or sea, while birdwatchers will have their binoculars permanently in use, for there's an enormous range of birds to be seen, and bird sanctuaries on the offshore islands. Daily trips go to Ramsey from St Julians and to Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm from Martin's Haven, (about 20 miles down the coast). You may see seals, puffins and thousands of nesting seabirds on your trip.
