The Rising Sun Campsite, Pandy, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire

Mathew and Tracey purchased The Rising Sun in July 2009 and some alteration have been carried out, the restaurant has been updated, outside both the front door and side door now has an excellent patio area making wheelchair access possible.

The Rising Sun, Pandy, Abergaveny is everything you could want from a traditional pub restaurant with two log fires making a pleasant feature in the winter. In the Bar we have a Pool Table and Darts Board. The restaurant is available for private hire and this can seat up to 51 people. Set in beautiful rolling fields, The Rising Sun offers great beer, great food, and a camping and caravan park to the rear of the pub. Traditionally furnished the main bar is warm and inviting and you have the choice to dine here or in the restaurant where you can sit and enjoy delicious home cooked food from our menu. All food is complimented by a full wine list and a selection of Beers, Lagers, Spirits and soft drinks.

We have ample parking and have a spacious beer garden with Childrens play area away from the main road, making this the ideal location for a family party or get together.

Situated between Abergavenny and Hereford The Rising Sun offers a warm welcome whether you are stopping for a meal, staying on our Caravan site or just popping in for a drink.

We are private owners and as such we can bring that personal family touch that everyone loves in a good traditional family pub.
