Monmouth Caravan Park is a quiet, friendly park owned and run by the Brown family, who live on the park itself.

The park is situated in the ancient market and border town of Monmouth, dating back 2000 years. A perfect location for touring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons.

Monmouth is situated in the centre of an Area of Outstanding Beauty, The views from the park are beautiful and the town centre an easy walk from the park.

For those looking for a more energetic holiday, the River Wye is close by and is ideal for canoeing. Canoe hire is available locally along with mountain bike hire.

The park has been open since 1991, with a new reception and toilet block added in 1992. A small friendly Clubhouse has been built on since then.

Monmouth caravan park is situated in the heart of Wye Valley, close to the A40 giving access to the M4, M50, M5, A449 and A446.

The facility block was purposely designed and built with the caravanners’ needs in mind. It’s maintained to a high standard of cleanliness as is the whole park.

We also cater for people with disabilities with ramped access to facility block and separate toilet and shower.

The clubroom is tastefully furnished, fully licensed, serves bar meals and snacks and offers entertainment.

Our pitches are all level with a mixture of grass and hard standing. Electricity is supplied to all pitches with a rating of 10 amps. There are a number of fresh water points located with easy reach of all pitches.

The chemical disposal and refuse points are situated close together to allow for easy access and maintenance.
We have very limited space for camping and this space is in demand during the season as the park is on 75 metres from Offa’s Dyke foot path. So prior booking is essential.

During peak times, and bank holidays pitches will be allocated prior to arrival. Any pitch booked and not taken by 6pm may be re-let unless notification of late arrival has been received. To avoid disappointment, booking for peak times is strongly recommended.
