Ty-ucha Farm, Llangollen, Denbighshire

Ty – Ucha Touring caravan park is a 4 acre quiet site with outstanding panoramic views of natural beauty, nestling in a sheltered corner of the Vale of Llangollen a the bade of the Berwyn Mountains.

The site is within easy reach of most sporting and recreational activities and ideally situated for country and mountain walking with a footpath leading directly from the site across a stream to the mountains which is part of the farm’s holding.

The park has closely mown grass with caravans well spaced on individually numbered pitches around the site in order to leave the centre as an open space area.

There are 40 pitches 30 with electrical hook-up facilities, modern sanitation with heated showers, chemical disposal, games room with table tennis.

Limit of stay is 28 days. No seasonal or static pitches. No tents. To cater for all caravanners best interest, please note the following:-
A speed limit of 10 MPH must be observed within the park.
Sub-letting or lending of caravans is not permitted.
Due to overhead cables, the flying of kites is prohibited within the park.
Please do not let your children ride bikes around the park or play in or around the toilet blocks or with the water taps.
Cars are to be parked alongside caravans.
Only environmentally friendly groundsheets are allowed within awnings.
Waste water must not be allowed to discharge onto the grass.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in our park as long as they are kept on a lead at all times, and exercise off the site.
Sites must be vacated by 1pm on day of departure. For late departure, please consult proprietors regarding availability and surcharge.
Caravanners will be held responsible for their visitors on the site and for payment of the visitor fees.
Persons causing disturbance or making excessive noise will be asked to leave.
