This campsite is situated in a 2 acre field attached to the wonderful Edwardstone White Horse Inn and is open for camping all year round amongst the beautiful rural landscape of Constable country . The campsite is run as a quiet informal site, that has recently installed a solar powered shower and toilet block, with washing up facilities. Also on the campsite is a wind turbine that contributes to powering the whole site, the pub and campsite are committed to operating in as ecologically neutral way as possible and the windmill is the epitome of this ethos. The campsite is children and dog friendly and it has a very relaxing laid back atmosphere. Stays can be as short as one night or as long as 25 days. Adults are charged at £5 per head per night or £10 for a campervan or caravan (whichever is the greater) 14-16 year olds are £2.50 per night and under 14’s go free. These rates are subject to increases during our beer festivals. The pub itself is a celebrated traditional Suffolk free house, and serves fabulous home cooked food from our garden and other local sources most lunchtimes and evenings. The pub even has its own microbrewery, the Mill Green Brewery, on site, so you can sample the homebrews and indulge in the food and only have a short walk to your tent (or van) when it’s time for bed. The surrounding countryside is truly some of Suffolk’s finest, with woods, fields and numerous foot and cycle paths right on the doorstep. The surrounding villages and towns of Boxford, Sudbury and Hadleigh offer any amenities you may need. This family run holiday park is nestled between popular Aldeburgh and Southwold with direct access to beautiful, unspoilt, private beach frontage. The site has pitches for touring caravans, tents and static caravan holiday homes set in a beautiful, peaceful location. The Caravan Site is divided into a static caravan site with 62 serviced caravan pitches (owner occupied), a separate field offers 60 touring pitches, 56 of which have electric hook up points. The touring site has a comprehensive toilet block and laundry facilities. The Beach : The Caravan Park benefits from sea frontage and guests have access to the private stretch of beach for bathing, swimming, seashore fishing or relaxing and simply enjoying the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
