What makes Riverside so special is simply its fabulous location, close to the River Hamble and overlooking one of its marinas, Mecca for the international Yachtsman. The park is situated amongst green fields on the edge of the picturesque village of Hamble with its cobbled main street lined with welcoming pubs, coffee shops and an excellent choice of restaurants.

The park appeals to country lovers who enjoy walking, sailing and fishing, but equally is ideally located for things to do and places to go with a host of attractions within easy reach. Why not visit the beautiful New Forest, the National Motor Museum, Palace House & Gardens at Beaulieu or historic Winchester with its cathedral and excellent shopping centre. Perhaps a day trip to the Isle of Wight, a visit to the historic ships at Portsmouth or Bournemouth with its great sandy beaches. Riverside is also an ideal base for those attending the renowned Southampton Boat Show, Cowes Week or the Hamble Regatta.
Riverside is a family owned and run park and offers a wide choice of self-catering accommodation from superb caravan holiday homes to luxury pine lodges all year round. Camping and touring facilities are also available from March to October.

For tourers and campers, Riverside provides free showers and toilet facilities. We have electric hook-ups, a launderette and enclosed wash-up area. The main touring area is level with some shady pitches; we have another area that is very slightly sloping. Our camping and touring is open to tents, motorhomes and caravans and we allow dogs. We also offer bikes for hire, as well as a tourist information centre and public telephone.

The Marina with its bar and restaurant adjoins Riverside and is only a 2-minute stroll away. They serve some excellent value bar food and open for breakfasts and coffees. They also have a conservatory and sundeck that overlooks the River Hamble, yachts and boats.

Most of our Holiday Homes and Lodges have a view of the River or Marina. The Pine Lodges sleep up to five persons and are fully equipped with all you need including microwave, mini hi-fi, TV combi unit, dishwasher, fridge and full-sized oven and hob. They are all heated and double-glazed ensuring your comfort at all times, as they are available all year including Christmas & New Year.

All of our Caravan Holiday Homes are fully equipped for up to four or six persons. They all have shower and toilets (some also have hipbaths) and a fire in the lounge/dining area and some have additional heating in the bedrooms. The kitchens have everything you need including microwave, cooker and fridges with small freezer compartment.

All of our self-catering accommodation can be booked on a weekly or short break basis and includes all your bedding and bed linen, gas and electricity. Discounts and special deals are also given including Senior Citizen Discounts, reductions for fortnight bookings, etc.
