Morvich has all the amenities for an ideal family holiday base. The site is on the level valley floor, while all around there are hills and mountains and the most dazzling scenery, much of it owned by the National Trust for Scotland. The fact that so much land is owned by the National Trust and that much of this area has been designated as a National Scenic Area by the Countryside Commission will raise your expectations. They will not be disappointed. Guided walks are organised throughout the season by the National Trust (next door) – look out for the notices advertising dates and times on site. Go prepared to walk and allow your eyes to be blessed by beauty you may not see anywhere else - so take your boots and binoculars!
