Hardwick Parks offers large, level touring fields with 214 pitches. The pitches are available for Touring Caravans, Tents and Motorhomes; we also have some hardstanding pitches. We have 10amp electric hook ups available for all types of unit. The touring fields are served by a purpose built, air conditioned toilet and shower block. The building also houses the shop, laundry room and reception office. We hold a large selection of information about local attractions and this is located in the reception office. We also have a large rally field available for club and society functions and gatherings, and the rally rates are available on request. Holiday Homes : We have a mixture of 2003, 2004 and 2005 ABI Brisbane 12' models. The caravans come in two sizes, the Willow 8 which has three bedrooms and can sleep six people and a Willow 6 which has two bedrooms and can sleep four people. The holiday home accommodation comes equipped with: - Gas fire in lounge. Colour television. Fitted and equipped kitchen. Microwave. Pillows and duvets. Panel heaters in bedrooms. Shower room with washbasin, W.C. and heated towel rail. Free Gas & Electricity. We can also provide the hire of cot bed sides, high chairs and bedding if required. Sorry, no pets in the hire caravans. We are located approximately 15 miles from the centre of Oxford with its glorious architecture as epitomised by the College buildings. There are many tours available, either walking, bus or via attractions such as the Oxford Story tour. We are 11 miles from Burford which is the gateway to the Cotswolds with the picturesque and charming villages such as Lower and Upper Slaughter, the Rissingtons and Bourton-on-the-Water. We are also close to Stow-on-the-Wold which is an historic market town. Cotswold Wildlife Park is located just outside Burford and is a magical day out for children and adults alike. Closer to home, Cogges Manor Farm just down the road in Witney offers a glimpse back into a working Victorian farm, with many activities each day. Greenhill Farm Leisure Park is a family run site situated in the heart of the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Nestled between the beauty of the Cotswolds and the scenic Chiltern Hills, our caravan and camp site is well positioned to allow you to explore the many attractions in the area. The Park is ideally situated by being close to Oxford with good accessibility to main roads being 5 miles from junction 9 of the M40 and 3 miles from the A34. We are also close to numerous places of interested as described in the ‘Attractions’ page. We offer both hardstanding pitches for large caravans and motorised vehicles, and soft pitches for campers. Our site includes electrical hook-ups, showers, newly fitted modern amenities including launderette and washing-up facilities as well as other modern conveniences. And we are expanding! For 2007 we are proud to announce the inclusion of a new Caravan Rally Field which is now available for immediate booking, and a second toilet block and expanded Games Room will be available for spring. We are particularly proud of our surrounding environment as the Park is beautifully situated next to a Conservation Area with nurtured forestry and wildlife preserve. In addition, the Oxford Canal/River Cherwell runs through part of the Park, with lovely walks and free fishing (rod licence required). Expect to see wildlife such as deer in the nearby fields and the numerous owls and buzzards that live in the area. Diamond Caravan Park is a family run, camping and caravan site situated 5 miles North of Oxford and with the Cotswolds to the west and the Chiltern Hills to the east. The site is peaceful and attractive with Cotswold stone buildings - the Farmhouse is Grade 2 listed. There is easy access to and from the A34 (signed and only 1/2 a mile) and the M40. Oxford, Stratford, Henley, Blenheim Palace, Windsor and Legoland are all within easy travelling distance. Our 32 pitches are spacious and on level ground. Both hard standing and grass pitches are available, all a short walk away from our new and modern toilet / shower facilities. Some electric hook-ups for tents. The toilet block includes a family bathroom, showers, privacy cubicles, hair dryers and indoor washing up facilities together with a laundrette and a chemical disposal unit. On site we have a fully licensed Bar with a 42" TV and a full size snooker table for your enjoyment. Free internet access is available. Children can enjoy our Playground Area with climbing frame etc. plus our Games Room with pool tables, table football and various arcade games. We have a 13 metre heated open air swimming pool that is open between May and September. Rallies : Small rallies are welcome during the low season. Please call for details. Dogs are welcome.
