Watertop Farm, Ballycastle, Co Antrim

Watertop Farm nestles in a valley, almost secluded from view. What a shame. For it is only when you arrive in the farmyard that you can appreciate what Watertop has to offer.

The main activities range from Pony Trekking, Pony Rides, Boating, Farm tours on the legendary Paddiwagon, an Assault course and new for 2006- Pedal Go-Karts. The farm also boasts a terrific little restaurant where the home baking and cooking are so, so good. There are a number of walks ranging from a 2 mile jaunt to Loughareema (the vanishing lake) – to the beautiful Waterfall Walk.

There are play areas for the kids, small animals to see and touch, a small museum and (when available) sheep shearing demonstrations.
The farm can also cater for those who would like to stay longer. A grass caravan site and hardstand site for up to 14 caravans/motorhomes and a small campsite are available from Easter to Halloween.

Watertop is very much aimed at the whole family. Everyone can enjoy every activity! Even pedal Karts are designed for adults and children alike!

Camping/caravan info : Each caravan pitch has electric hook-up and the price includes showers, awnings and the use of the farm museum in the evenings. Spring water to the three sites. I.e. grass caravan site, hardstands site and the campsite.

Rates : motor homes/caravans £14 per night 4 people, £4 thereafter. Tents £10 2 persons per pitch £4 per person thereafter.
