An Edwardian style Mansion serving as a club with a small family site of about 150 units. Total area is 12 acres. Swings, colour TV, table tennis, pool tables, darts, 2 lounges, laundry and showers are available at the site. Dogs are allowed. There is free club membership and the bus stops at the main entrance. All amenities available at the discretion of the site manager or proprietors.

Approximately ¼ miles from Cokermouth Castle, the market town, birthplace of Wordsworth and Fletcher Christian, leader of the ‘Bounty Mutineers.’
Situated five miles from Bassenthwaite Lake, within easy reach of Ullswater, Windermere, Keswick, Buttermere and Crummock Lakes and mountains, and 15 miles of Solway beaches. Approximately 30 miles to Gretna Green and Scottish Border.

Prize Competitions are held each week during the high season. Prizes on Friday night, children’s fancy dress. Free disco, Table tennis competitions.
