Tourists wishing to bring their own caravan, tent or motor home are very welcome to come and enjoy all the facilities at our outstanding park.

Within the 18th century mansion house, the clubhouse has a licensed bar and restaurant. Good bar meals and snacks are served in all rooms, lunch times and evenings. There is a porch lift and specially adapted toilet for the disabled.

Holiday Homes : Designed and built to luxury standards. Typically a "top of the range" model will have: A luxuriously upholstered lounge and dining area, a spacious well designed kitchen with built in fridge freezer and a master bedroom with en-suite facilities. A shower/bathroom with high quality ceramic WC’s and basins.
Central heating, double glazing and extra insulation makes all the difference when taking advantage of our all year opening and using your luxury Holiday Home during the winter.

Tourers : Tourers whether your preference is Canvas, Caravan or Motorhome, we have the ideal location for exploring the beautiful sights of Northumbria. All our touring pitches have electric hook-up and some have water and drainage as well. The touring area is divided up into different sections. You may choose a pitch in the old orchard, beside the playground, or near the toilets, etc. Advance booking is essential to make sure you get the pitch of your choice.

We give you a welcome pack on arrival, that will provide you with all the information you need to enjoy this part of the country to the full.
