We are a family run touring and caravan park located in Scarborough, an area of outstanding North Yorkshire countryside with over 18 years experience in the mobile/static caravan as well as the motorhome and camping caravan industry. As both a camping, and caravan site, we provide excellent facilities for touring and static caravans and are ideally situated, within reach of Scarborough and the surrounding areas.

The owners, Peter and Maureen have set out to create an attractive landscaped park where customers needs are the first priority and this is exactly what has been achieved. "We are proud of our strong reputation, which is based on our impeccable service and our friendly attitude. All our caravans are clean and we are more than happy to help with any specific requirements you may have. We want our customers to be completely satisfied and our high standards ensure that no-one goes away disappointed. Although we do not have a play-area, families with children and pets are most welcome and we believe this is why many customers return time and again."

Touring : We provide a range of excellent facilities to ensure that you enjoy your stay and have made sure we are equipped with all modern conveniences to guarantee you are as comfortable as possible.

Facilities : Heating early and late season with shaver sockets and hair dryer points, free showers and plenty of hot water, Individually numbered pitches with attractive sympathetic landscaping, Chemical disposal point, Paper and milk to order, from Spring Bank Holiday until third week in September.

All our pitches are electric, most are all weather. Completely refurbished shower and W.C. block incorporating family shower room and disabled unit. Fully equipped coin operated laundry incorporating new washing up area. New water and waste pitches with improved landscaping.

2 Bedroom Static Holiday Homes : Well equipped with cutlery and crockery for up to 4 people. The price is inclusive of gas, electric and all mains services. Heating in all rooms. Fully insulated and double glazed.
Verandas with easy stride steps and own patio furniture. TV videos and radios. Full sized gas oven, grill and hob. Microwave, electric kettle, full size fridge with freezer compartment. Duvets and pillows are provided.

We are situated on Burniston Road, just 2 miles from Scarborough's North Bay Leisure area and a short distance from Scarborough's beaches and entertainment. Other attractions nearby which are worth a visit are Whitby, the North Yorkshire Heritage coastline, the Wolds and North Yorkshire National Park.

Alternatively take advantage of the superb walking, golf, fishing and sailing that are all readily available locally.

Rates : Touring from £13 per night including 4 people, electric hook up and car, static caravans from £150 a week.
