Strawberry Hill Farm Camping & Caravan Park, Running Waters, Old Cassop, Durham

We opened the park in the Spring of 2002 and we have landscaped 6 acres into a park that will ultimately take 44 touring pitches and 20 tent pitches.

We have planted over 2000 trees / shrubs which will encourage the local wildlife.

We are both committed to creating a park that will be environmentally friendly.

We have positioned nesting boxes and hedgehog hides amongst other initiatives.

As experienced campers ourselves we know that guests will appreciate the peace and privacy we are aiming for.

Dogs are welcome but must be under control at all times.

Facilities : The Park features a newly constructed shower block with free hot showers, shaver points and a bathroom for disabled visitors.

Touring Pitches - Each of our touring pitches features 16 amp hook-up and a choice between hardstanding or grass pitches - subject to availability.

For our less able campers, we have a fully contained bathroom, with full facilities for the disabled.

Holiday Home - We are also pleased to offer a New Holiday Home for hire on a weekly or part weekly basis - subject to availability. This luxurious home sleeps six people and is fully fitted for that 'home-from-home' experience.

Laundry - Our fully fitted Laundry Room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and spin dryer, plus ironing facilities.
