Waveney River Centre is situated in the very heart of the attractive Waveney Valley at the southern end of the Norfolk Broads, close to the market town of Beccles and only a short journey upstream from Oulton Broad. The historic city of Norwich and the popular resorts of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft are all within 30 minutes drive.
Afloat or ashore, if you enjoy being close to the water then Waveney River Centre has something to offer.
Our touring and camping site is situated adjacent the leisure centre and overlooks the visitor marina and River Waveney. Showers, toilets, launderette and wash up area were all new for 2004 (showers are coin-operated and cost £1).
Please note that additional charges apply for use of the leisure centre (£3 adults, £2 children). Family passes are available (2 adults and up to 4 children) - £25 per week or £15 per short break. During peak periods it is occasionally necessary to limit swimming sessions to 1/2 hour.
