Briarfields is a family owned Motel and Touring Campsite. We are open all year round situated just two and a half miles from Regency Cheltenham Town Centre and six miles from Gloucester. Briarfields touring park is beautifully landscaped and can accommodate up to 72 caravans/motorhomes. Our caravan/motorhome pitches include free WiFi and are mostly level hard-standing with electric hook-up alongside well maintained lawns, mature trees and shrubs that give all round interest. Our pitches are a good size and some can take motorhomes up to 40 feet long. It is important to let us know if you do have a larger unit and to book well in advance, so that we can allocate a suitable pitch. An attractive separate unspoilt area in the centre is set aside for tents and our large pitches can accommodate large modern tents. Parking is also available beside your tent during dry weather, and electric hook-ups are available on request. Our tent field is adjacent to our heated toilet and shower block facility which offers free showers. Situated in the centre of the site is our heated toilet and shower block facility offering free showers. There is a hair dryer in the ladies washroom which requires 20p coins. A laundry facility is available including washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing facilities and tokens can be purchased from reception. An attractive, well-wooded site with a pleasant openness nonetheless, and within easy walking distance of an interesting, lively little market town. Moreton-in-Marsh whose main street is part of the Roman Fosse Way, nestles in the heart of beautiful Cotswold countryside. This attractive town with many interesting shops, is perhaps today most famous for the Tuesday street market. That, together with over twenty pubs, restaurants and cafes may be reached on foot from the site. Family recreation facilities on site include crazy golf, 5-a-side football, volleyball, boules and an adventure climbing frame. Important Information For those Members who wish to arrive on New Years Day, please note that the Site Office will be closed. You will therefore have to stay on the Late Night Arrivals Area if the site has one. Please contact the Warden on site to discuss pitching instructions for arrivals on this day. ***** Open all year ***** Dear Campers & Caravanners, I would like to introduce ourselves and our campsite to you all. We are nestled in the rolling hills of North Cotswold, just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the centre of the market town Moreton-In-Marsh, which has an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants and of course pubs, which serve food to suit all pockets. We have a Tesco Express in the centre of the high street, plus Budgens supermarket further on. Every Tuesday is our town market, selling everything from local produce to all kinds of interesting and useful stalls. In the centre of the high street you will find the Council offices, which houses the Tourist Information Centre. Here you will find helpful and pleasant staff that will help you with details of local attractions, walking trails and bus and train details (bus and train station in town). Cycle hire is also available from the train station. There is a golf club in nearby Chipping Norton and various fishing lakes just 5 minutes from Moreton. Now a little more about Fosseway Farm. Our house is set in an acre and a half of lawn and shurb garden leading to a five and a half acre field which is very flat and well maintained. At the far end of the field is the Monarchs Way which provides good walking to Blockley and Longborough, both beautiful villages with quaint pubs. The views from the site are beautiful and look over the rolling Cotswold Hills which looks great as the sun sets in the evening.
