The Willows Holiday Park is an independent family business established over 40 years ago, where you can always be assured of a warm welcome. We are situated on the beautiful East Yorkshire Coast in the small traditional seaside town of Withernsea, East Yorkshire, a popular holiday resort 18 miles east of Hull, on a main bus route and within easy reach of the M62. The Willows is a quiet, tranquil Park situated in a prime position on the edge of the town with stunning countryside views yet only 5 minutes walk to the beach or 15 minutes walk to the town centre, for your convenience there is a bus stop at the Park entrance. The Willows is in an ideal location for people of all ages and the perfect base for exploring the East Yorkshire Coast. We have electrical hook-up points for touring caravans and motor homes. The Park has a toilet block with showers, a modern laundry and chemical toilet disposal point. An adjacent field is available for club meetings. Hire one of our excellent extra wide caravans for you holiday. All come with shower & toilet, additional heating in bedrooms/bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Sorry no pets allowed in hire vans (except for assistance dogs). Withernsea is a pleasant traditional seaside holiday resort 18 miles east of Hull. It is within reach of the M62 to the west and the Humber Bridge to the South. Its many attractions include fine sands, swimming pool / leisure centre and amusements with bowling alley for the kids, shopping for all the family, a friendly nightlife for all and pleasant local countryside particularly the renowned Spurn Head Bird Sanctuary. The popular seaside towns of Hornsea and Bridlington to the North or inland to the historic towns of Beverley and York are only a short trip away. Unique to the town is the lighthouse which is set back from the seafront. The Grange is a family run, friendly campsite situated on the unique peninsula of Flamborough Head on a working farm. The site is within walking distance of the village of Flamborough which is steeped in fishing history, with unspoilt chalk built houses, the remains of a castle and welcoming village pubs, as well as a small supermarket, newsagents, post office and fish and chip shop. Flamborough Headland is part of the Heritage Coast with its impressive natural beauty, majestic coastal scenery and abundant and special wildlife. Flamborough Head is the major seabird colony in England and the RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs, accessible from The Grange, is the only mainland breeding site for the spectacular gannet in Great Britain. Safe viewing areas have been built on top of the sheer 300 foot high cliffs. June and July are hugely popular months as the puffins arrive on these cliffs to nest alongside Guillemots, Kittiwakes and Razor Bills. The sight, sound and smell of 200,000 seabirds is a memory that will last forever. The Grange is particularly suited to people who want to enjoy this Heritage Coast, discover the unspoilt beaches of Flamborough and their many caves, visit nearby Bridlington, Filey or Scarborough. Whitby and the North Yorkshire Moors being within easy driving distance as are The Wolds and the historic city of York. The campsite itself is well appointed overlooking gently rolling farmland and pony paddocks. There are shower and toilet facilities with electrical hook-ups available all year round. The caravan park is situated in a quiet spot on the East Yorkshire coast 8 miles from Bridlington and 7 miles from Hornsea with a clear view of Bridlington Bay and Flamborough Head.
