Woodland Leisure Park, Trimingham, Nr Sheringham, Norfolk

Woodland provides the perfect base to explore Norfolk's many delights. Within easy reach are Cromer and Sheringham, just two of Norfolk's beautiful and unspoilt seaside resorts. Also within easy reach are, The Norman City of Norwich, the Norfolk Broads, Sandringham, Great Yarmouth, Blickling Hall and gardens and also Cley and Blakeney famous nature reserves. Although very close to the sea, Woodland is not to be confused with the traditional coastal site so vulnerable to cold sea winds. Our surrounding woodland provides shelter at all times to the winds, creating the perfect sun trap. We have provided a variety of country walks on the adjacent farmland for your enjoyment.
Set amid mature woodland, the pleasantly undulating site offers delightful surroundings for both Tourers and Holiday Home owners. There is wildlife in abundance and the Rhododendron displays in May are simply stunning.
Although the total acreage is approaching 50 acres, and there are over 200 Holiday Homes and spaces for almost 100 Tourers, the design and layout is such that we never seem busy or crowded, each area being bordered by trees, giving that feeling of peace and tranquillity.
Adjoining our beautiful Clubhouse, we have recently completed the addition of a Pool and Leisure Complex which must surely make us one of the most desirable leisure parks in the East of England.
Our 16 metre by 8 metre Pool, Children's Splash Pool and Sauna have been finished in luxurious style with the accent on quality. Add to this our stunning new Function Room, home to a variety of uses, and you will appreciate our commitment to providing our customers with only the very best.
The prestigious "Marlings" Clubhouse has been carefully designed to blend perfectly with the natural beauty of the Park.
Incorporated within The Marlings is a stunningly attractive bar, restaurant and games room providing the perfect meeting place for family and friends. The bar offers a great selection of drinks at competitive prices and the restaurant too is sensibly priced, yet boasts an interesting and varied menu to satisfy all tastes. The Marlings is truly the ideal spot to end the day. Just another of our "best kept secrets" that's so well worth discovering.
